How Matching Works
The direct matching between students, led by their Internal Tutors, and employers, with the possibility of viewing profiles and carrying out job interviews in compliance with privacy thanks to internal messaging and safety procedures, has proven to be optimal. Motivated students actively propose themselves in providing the service requested by the Work Tutors, as they themselves describe on this ad hoc Work Placements marketplace. This is fully compliant: Learn in a Flash does not “send students” or arrange placements for them.
Unpaid work placements and volunteering that count as Curricular Traineeships for 16 to 19-year-old international students are delivered through a free-to-use traineeship marketplace, dedicated to Work Placements for EU students.
Registration and Application
Registering is free of charge and without obligations; it is necessary to filter available School Houses and workplaces and to save your searches. To start an unpaid work experience, the student submits an application to one of the participating businesses. Work Tutors may ask for an interview before accepting an application.

Books, materials and exam fees are paid on top of what the School House charges for their time, as are admission tickets, transport and other extra costs of activities.
