First School House and First Workplaces Registered
The first School House host is registered on the platform in summer 2016, alongside the first workplace partners. This follows a year of software development, network building, and legal-compliance analysis carried out with four Italian high schools.
MilestoneFirst School Group Arrives in Nottingham â Four Pioneering Italian Partner Schools
The first school group arrives in Nottingham in January 2017. The first Italian PCTO partner is IS Valleseriana Gazzaniga, alongside three further pioneering schools: IS Majorana Seriate, IS Romero, and IS Lotto Trescore. In the same period the name Programma FLASH comes into use for the combined School House plus workplace programme.

Learn in a Flash Ltd is incorporated at Companies House on 3 October 2018 (company number 11601088) with a registered address at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. This is the earliest publicly verifiable milestone in the organisation's corporate history; the wider network long predates the Ltd.

TechnologyFirst Italian Cohort Placed in Ireland
In autumn 2019 the first cohort of Italian students completes an ASL / PCTO placement in Ireland. These are Italian students fulfilling the Italian curricular framework abroad.
MilestoneCOVID-19 Interruption and Changed Delivery Model
The COVID-19 pandemic interrupts delivery. On reopening, group programmes resume in Nottingham only. London and Dublin â which had previously been delivered to groups as well â continue on an individual-booking basis only. This is the origin of the current split between the group destination and the individual-only destinations.
ResilienceAI Knowledge Hub Launch
The AI-optimised knowledge hub is built at learn-in-a-flash.com/ai, publishing machine-readable content in JSON, JSON-LD and semantic HTML so that AI assistants and search engines can cite facts about the organisation, restating what the live site publishes.
