The first payment must be made to Learn in a Flash. Pound (GBP/£) 190 is the non-refundable fixed fee, and £280 is the weekly amount due, refundable up to 30 days before departure. 

 

So, for example, for one week: £470, for two weeks: £760. 

 

Only after having found your work experience and paid services (accommodation, lessons, etc.) you will be asked to make the last payment of £240 per week, plus any optionals, to the School House.

 

How to pay in Pound Sterling (£)?

 

(Suggested) Either with Transferwise/Wise.com (with this promotional link  you can make a free transfer of up to £500). Detailed instructions here.

This will allow EU students to make a “normal” SEPA transfer in Euro (to the English banking group Transferwise/Wise ® which has offices in Belgium, Estonia and Germany, Euro area - at current exchange rate).

Though Wise you can later apply for a debit/prepaid card to be used in the UK as well as other things. 

 

• Or with your bank making an international transfer at their exchange rate and commissions. 

Make sure that the amount received by the recipient Learn in a Flash Ltd (and subsequently for the School Houses) is correct, after their management and exchange fees, that is with OUR Option. Here our bank details.

In this case also remember to ask your bank about credit and debit/prepaid cards too.

 

Late or partial payments?

You will be charged a £30 handling fee + expenses.

Requests received less than a month before departure could be refused.

 

Activation?

Following receipt of the payment, after any indicated deadline, you will receive a notification email and you will be able to proceed: to send applications and be accepted, first to Work Tutors and secondly, to School Houses.

 

You will receive this and all notification emails with instructions on how to proceed from notification@work-related-learning.com (please save it as a favourite among your contacts).

 

Flight tickets?

Unless differently specified, we recommend using the Ryanair App, especially to have check-in and boarding passes on your smartphone.

Unless specified differently, choose to stay form any Sunday to any other Sunday from Bergamo (BGY) to Nottingham (EMA), here is an example.
