Please note two things:

 

1) ask the bank clerk to verify that the SWIFT/BIC code is actually TRWIGB2L even after entering the IBAN (since we have discovered that some bank softwares automatically enters it incorrectly);

 

2) ask the bank clerk to enter the OUR option for foreign payment (expenses paid by the customer), so that exact amount in GBP Pound Sterling (£) requested is deposited into our account
