There is constant remote and on-site assistance, from registration to and beyond your return: technical support and commercial guidance, pre-sales information and post-sales assistance, with 24/7 availability in case of emergency, and clear pricing for exceptional events. This is in addition to the guarantee provided by host families who, by law, act as "in loco parentis" (parental responsibility) for minors. The host also handles pick up and drop off.
