The detached house is situated in the highly sought-after village location within close proximity to a range of excellent amenities and facilities including The River Trent together with catchment to great schools and easy access into Nottingham City Centre, which is host to a range of shops, fine dining and excellent transport links. To the ground floor is an entrance hall, a bathroom, three reception rooms and a fitted kitchen and utility room with a breakfast bar and double French doors opening out to the garden. The first floor offers four good-sized bedrooms. Outside to the front is a beautiful green park and a private drive driveway for two cars and to the rear is a private enclosed south-facing garden.

Included in the price, to speak about work or anything you like, to make sure the host engages professionally specifying what time to start the sessions, to make sure the students don't run out or off to their rooms.

Included in the price the Host will do something with the Student Guest. There are no restrictions not to have the Host do the same things week after week. Typical activities are: day out with the family, visit to town, shopping, cooking..

We will have a warm welcome for you at the specified point for our area or upon direct agreement, it might be at a stop along the airport shuttle/bus connection or at the train station.
