Welcome:

Make Student Guests feel welcome and as part of the family from the moment they arrive, first impression is as everybody knows the most important

 

Communicate:

Answer quickly, you should set yourself a 24 hour deadline to answer, and do so comprehensively 

 

Calendar:

 

It will be automatically updated for incoming students but if you aren’t available, you should let clients know, just access your calendar and cross out any dates you don’t want to provide the service, each service has its own calendar as each bed will be booked by different students, as lessons and anything you may add.

 

Clean and tidy:

Clean and tidy environments give important first impressions and good ratings 

 

Agreements & School House rules:  

Make sure to ask for anything not in our Terms and Conditions you expect from Student Guests, mention them in the School House Rules and for anything else directly through the messaging services



 

Services:

 

fill in your School House page, get more clients and make sure they know how to access such services, especially diets and extra dedicated time.

Help Student Guests out: before leaving, during their stay and to get them back home safely. 

 

School House professionality:

 

Show tuition program, home, safety procedures, town, things to do, make a list. During lessons you can easily talk about family, habits, hobbies, local places, culture, travel  (yours and theirs or of famous people). So much to talk about!
