This page explains how to purchase your flight, whether you are travelling individually, with your school, or in an open group.
General Information
Airfare prices tend to increase as the departure date approaches. Booking early usually results in lower fares.
When checking prices, we recommend using incognito browsing to avoid price variations caused by cookies and repeated searches.
If the flight is purchased as part of a group, the cost is usually slightly higher because airlines apply the fare of the last seat in the group booking.
If a ticket is purchased individually for an under-16 traveller, Ryanair requires a manual association to a responsible adult (chaperone). This must be requested directly via Ryanair’s online chat within their deadlines.
If you prefer full assistance, you may request purchase through our partner agency. Please note that requests made close to departure may incur additional agency fees.
The chaperone’s details are sent by email when you register or as soon as they are confirmed. If there is any change in chaperone, you will be notified immediately.
We strongly recommend agency purchase for under-16 travellers.
Are You Travelling Individually, With a School Group, or in an Open Group?
Travelling Individually (Over 16)
You are free to choose the flight dates and times that best suit your schedule. A typical route example is Ryanair: BGY → EMA.
You may purchase the ticket independently or request purchase through our agency.

You received all instructions by email when your school information was added to your profile.

If you are travelling in an open group, you may purchase your ticket independently or request agency assistance.

How to Purchase Your Flight
You have two options for purchasing your flight:
- Buy independently on the Ryanair website or App
- Purchase through our partner agency
Buying the Ticket Independently
You can purchase your ticket directly through the Ryanair website or mobile App. If you choose this option, all responsibilities (booking, check-in, baggage and association for under-16s) are yours.
If You Are Over 16
Tickets must be purchased through the Ryanair App, in the student’s name. Select the departure and arrival airports (e.g., BGY → EMA) and choose your preferred dates. Online check-in is completed in the App.
If you would like support, you may choose agency purchase instead.
If You Are Under 16
Select your travel dates from the available open groups:
The ticket is purchased via the Ryanair App in the student’s name. During purchase, the system will ask you to confirm you are over 16; unfortunately, Ryanair requires this step even for under-16 passengers.
Once the ticket is issued, contact Ryanair via live chat and request association with the chaperone’s booking. Chaperone details can be requested by emailing: info@learn-in-a-flash.com
Check-in will take place at the airport together with the chaperone at the Ryanair desk. You will also receive an email with instructions before departure.
