INDIVIDUAL AND PERSONALISED PATHWAYS, EVEN IN A GROUP
Please visit the "more information" page to see how the service is delivered. In short, although it is a group departure, each student chooses their own pathway, so that the group becomes a sum of individual pathways, with the guarantee of full immersion and the absence of other compatriots / speakers of the same language both in the School House and at the workplace, or to be shared as you wish.
We have always organised groups for secondary schools ( here you can find the list of participating schools ), but open only to students of the school.
If your school has no group this year, or has one but you cannot go on those dates or you would like to travel with family members or friends, you can sign up for one of our accompanied groups open to everyone.
These are the dates of the accompanied groups open to everyone for 2026:
1 week: from 19 to 26 July
2 weeks: from 26 July to 9 August
3 weeks: from 19 July to 9 August
AGED 14 - 15 - TRAVEL BUDDY?
Students aged 14 and 15 must travel accompanied, by an adult who travels with them on the outward and return journeys.
We not only allow, but suggest that students aged 14 and 15 share the room/School House with a travel buddy as a first experience, and we recommend repeating it once over 16, with our full-immersion internship programme without compatriots.

It is nevertheless possible, for the more mature, to take full advantage of our organisation and have this experience individually: individual lessons and activities, without compatriots. In this case we require an individual meeting with our staff, the student and his/her parents, to check whether it is the right solution for them.
FROM AGE 16
Those who are 16 or older can choose to travel alone and therefore freely choose the departure and return dates, that is, depart individually, or depart with the accompanied group and return alone, or return with the accompanying adult.
Nothing prevents an adult from travelling in the accompanied group; at the destination, however, he or she would have an individual experience of work, homeschooling, sport, activities and free time depending on individual choice.

1 week with individual lessons and activities: £190 registration, £280 first payment and £690 last payment; total £1160;
2 weeks with individual lessons and sports centre membership: £190 registration, £560 first payment and £680 last payment and £50 membership; total £1450;
3 weeks with full-time work (for over 16s): £190 registration, £840 first payment and £720 last payment; total £1750;
Shared with a friend/travel buddy:
1 week with shared lessons and part-time work experience (for over 16s): £190 registration, £240 first payment and £365 last payment; total £835;
2 weeks with shared lessons and activities: £190 registration, £560 first payment and £930 last payment; total £1680;
3 weeks with shared lessons and afternoon activities: £190 registration, £840 first payment and £720 last payment; total £2500;
Notes:
Please note how the cost for two students is really affordable, as the cost of lessons and afternoon activities is shared with your School House companion.
It is nevertheless guaranteed, even when sharing a School House, that there will be no other Italian students at the workplace!
Remember that only students over 16 can apply for an unpaid work experience, students over 14 can go to the sports centre or enjoy their free time walking around the city on their own, but we strongly recommend considering a full-time schedule such as: lessons and afternoon activities, or opting for afternoon sports as a good alternative to the latter.
Transport costs are excluded (buses will cost approximately £13 per week for under 19s).

The prices are those of 30 October 2025; they usually increase over time. To check the current price we recommend using incognito browsing (to avoid tracking and the resulting price increases).
The price of a ticket bought as a group is usually slightly higher (you pay the price of the last one).
Purchasing through our reference agency will require payment of agency fees of Euro 50 (handling of the booking, linking to the accompanying adult's ticket for under 16s, ticketing service and travel insurance).
A ticket for an under 16 bought individually requires manual linking, to be done independently, to the accompanying adult's ticket through the Ryanair chat. Those who want assistance can ask for the purchase to be made directly by our reference agency, within the deadlines set by Ryanair. The accompanying adult's details are sent by email at the time of registration.
We recommend everyone to make the purchase through our reference agency, but in particular those under 16.
