Apply for an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) to get into the UK
Since 2 April 2025, Italian citizens need an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) to enter the UK. This page explains how to apply.
How to apply
As explained on the UK Government website on the dedicated webpage, to apply you need to:
- either download the app (from Google Play or the Apple App Store),
- or open the link provided to apply online.
