Conditions

We pay out at least £ 50 referral for each Organisation you may find which will manage a successful Work Placement, see conditions here under.

 

* Conditions, just common sense, Work placements must be:

1) offered by real / registered organisations, better if with employees;

2)  must not be in charity shops (we have plenty), neither in undesirable jobs, for example: no fast food chains, chippies, cleaning companies, rather they must be in: cafès, bars and restaurants, hospitality in general, shops, not dangerous industries, offices, studios, professionals, gyms, car dealers and so on; we will double the bonus to £ 100 if in primary or secondary schools;

3) the student must complete the Work Placement (not leave because unhappy or sent away)

4) location: within a 30 minutes bus/tram ride from your School House, or in this area;

 

We are available to explain to Work Tutors/Organisations, but also to you if you like, via email, on the phone with a convenient video call/e-meeting, or in person when feasible, all about the scheme, insurance coverage, Secondary Schools thus skills involved etc. Best if you assist in arranging an appointment with the manager/person in charge of HR/Work Placements.
